Can I get my iPhone screen replaced the same day?
For most popular models, yes. If the outlet you're visiting doesn't have the panel you chose for your model, the staff will say so before you leave the phone — WhatsApp us your model first and we'll check.

Which screen option should I pick?
Selling the phone soon: Genuine. Want it to look like before: Original Grade or Premium OLED. Lowest cost: Premium TFT. Only the outer glass cracked: Glass only. Our screen types page compares all six.
Will the new screen look the same as my old one?
Genuine, Original Grade and Premium OLED are closest. Standard OLED and Premium TFT can have a slightly smaller visible area on some models, and TFT shows blacks a little greyer than OLED.
Why does my iPhone say Unknown Part after the repair?
On iPhone 11 and later, iOS lists any screen it can't verify as a genuine Apple part. It's a notice only — the screen works normally. The Genuine option is the one that shows as genuine.
Will Face ID still work?
Yes. Face ID isn't part of the display, and a normal screen replacement doesn't remove it. We test it with you before and after.
Will I keep True Tone?
It depends on the replacement and the model. Ask the technician before choosing a screen option if True Tone matters to you.
Will I lose my data?
No. Replacing the screen doesn't erase anything. A backup beforehand is still good practice.
My screen is black but the phone vibrates and rings. Is it just the screen?
Very often, yes — the phone is alive but the display is dead. Bring it in and the technician will confirm before quoting.
Can you replace only the glass?
Yes, if the display underneath is perfect: no lines, no black patches, touch working everywhere. Glass only has a 30-day warranty against bubbles and lifting.
How long is the warranty?
90 days for Genuine, Original Grade and Premium OLED. 30 days for Standard OLED, Premium TFT and Glass only. It covers manufacturing defects in touch function (bubbles and lifting for glass only).
Does the warranty cover a new crack?
No. New drops, pressure marks and water damage aren't manufacturing defects.
Is my phone still water-resistant after a screen replacement?
We reseal the phone, but no repair can promise factory water resistance afterwards. Treat it as splash-proof, not waterproof.
Can you change the battery at the same time?
